The Microneedle Valve is designed to mete out low to medium viscosity UV curing products with very precise deposits over a wide range of shot and bead sizes down to a fraction of a microliter. In the microneedle valves, a short opening stroke provides extremely fast, positive shut-off. In the microneedle valve, an external stroke control adjustment makes it easy for the operator to fine tune shot sizes. Most of the microneedle valves come with a compact design that allows for mounting flexibility and easy integration into automated applications. Most microneedle valves are easily adapted to a variety of reservoirs. This kind of valves are capable of connecting to syringe barrels as small as 5ml to 30 ml.
